Lead Generation

Several Lead Generating forms are placed strategically throughout your site. The information request form, contact forms, and request home value (on the listing page) offer your visitors a non-threatening way to contact you.

 

You can also view Lead information to:

  • Determine how your visitors arrived at your site
  • How long they stayed
  • What pages they viewed (and how long they viewed those particular pages)
  • What links they clicked on, etc.
  • What “searches” they preformed, letting you know exactly what they are looking for, and what they are interested in.
  • What page they were on when filling out the information request form.

 

There is also a statistical page that you can view information of about your visitors to help you determine which marketing efforts are working, and which ones aren’t. Including:

  • Number of “Hits” (visitors)
  • Daily, weekly, or monthly visits.
  • How many pages of your site were viewed.

 

Mandatory or Optional “information request form”.

We offer options for you to set up either a mandatory or optional information request form, for consumers to respond to when they come to your website. Our philosophy is to give you as many options as possible to set up your site to your own specifications. Some of our clients prefer to leave their site more "open" for visitors (without mandatory "sign in" forms) and others prefer to  have the “information request form” appear right away. Our website administration tools allow flexibility for you to determine what is best for your individual needs.
